Bedroom 2 (Main Level): This modern bedroom boasts a King bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication.

Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): This bedroom features a King bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): A plush queen-size bed and modern decor.

Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): A comfortable bedroom featuring a queen bed with en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 6 (Lower Level): Full bed with workspace.

Bedroom 7 (Lower Level): A flexible space featuring a queen-sized pullout couch and smart TV

Bedroom 8 (Lower Level): Two comfortable Twin beds.

Please note that there is a lower level lock-off apartment that is occasionally used by the homeowner. Be aware that there may be someone residing in the apartment during your stay. The apartment has a completely separate entrance, they will not have access to the rest of the home

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we're happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 smoking remediation fee.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge. 

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.
