Designed to accommodate up to 26 guests, this luxury retreat features three King Master Suites and two spacious Bunk Room Suites, allowing your closest family and friends to stay together throughout your celebration. The three King Suites offer privacy and comfort with oversized showers and irresistible soaking tubs, while the bunk suites provide additional sleeping space and amenities perfect for larger groups.

Inside, multiple gathering spaces make it easy to celebrate together while still offering room to spread out. The game room features a full-size Brunswick pool table, arcade console, board games, mini bar, and additional sleeping options. As guests, your group will have this entire cozy cabin all to yourselves. This includes comfy bedrooms, cozy living spaces tastefully decorated with high end furnishings, and amazing outdoor amenities. There’s plenty of free parking on the property with a circle drive so bring your boat or ATV.

Fast wifi is available throughout the property, so you’ll be able to stream for fun or work.

This property is hosted by Chris and Melissa and available by phone, text or on the airbnb platform as needed.

ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The cabin features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding cabins.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and fire features.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY HOLD: You can opt for a $69 damage waiver (covers accidental breaks, mishaps) or a refundable $3000 hold (released after 7 days) — whichever you prefer!

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

WEDDINGS: We have a wedding event fee and requirements. Please inquire for more details.

EVENTS: All events must be approved by the host.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the cabin.

PETS: Pets are allowed with a small fee that is charged at booking.

NOTICE: All guests at the cabin agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the cabin. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
