This condo sits in the Gulch, Nashville's walkable mix of restaurants, shops, and nightlife, with Broadway just a short drive away when you want the honky-tonks. Big windows and over 20 feet of ceiling height pull the city into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, and the building's own balcony-lined exterior frames the skyline before you even step outside.

Both bedrooms come with their own en suite bathroom. The Master Suite holds a king bed, while the Guest Suite is set up with two full beds, giving two couples or families a private space without sharing a bathroom. A twin daybed and queen sofa bed in the main living area stretch capacity to 8 guests total, so nobody has to split a bedroom to fit the group.
