Swim Social pairs a private deck over the Gulch skyline with soaring 20+ ft ceilings and a seasonal pool, just a short drive to Broadway.
• Sleeps 8 across 2 bedrooms and 5 beds
• 2 full bathrooms, both en suite
• Large private deck with downtown skyline views
• 20+ ft ceilings and open-concept living
• Seasonal shared pool and on-site gym
• Free garage parking included
Ceiling height hits you first here, over 20 feet of open air above the living, dining, and kitchen space, with big windows pulling the Gulch skyline right into the room, and the building's own balcony-lined exterior frames that same skyline before you even step outside. This is Swim Social, and the deck outside is the part guests remember longest.
Both bedrooms come with their own en suite bathroom, so two couples or families can each claim real privacy. The Master Suite holds a king bed, while the Guest Suite is set up with a full bed and a queen bed on a stacked frame, a setup that works well for kids or a second family sharing the trip. A twin daybed and queen sofa bed in the main living area stretch the total to 8 guests without anyone splitting a bedroom.
Step out to the private deck for the standout of the stay, an unobstructed skyline view that belongs to this unit alone, not shared with the rest of the building. Spend the afternoon at the seasonal pool, watch the skyline shift color from your deck at sunset, then unwind under those dramatic ceilings before heading out for a night on Broadway, just a short drive away.
