Welcome to Hacienda Waterside! This waterfront home sits on a large lot along the Intracoastal in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. With stunning water views from every living and dining space, you'll enjoy a tranquil and luxurious stay just minutes from the white, sandy Gulf beach.
Inside, the home is elegantly furnished with high-end decor and comfort in mind.
You'll find:
4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, including two master suites with private en suites
A formal dining room for 8 plus a dinette for 4

The property comes equipped with a NEW saltwater pool which can be chilled or heated, 5 kayaks (1 tandem, 2 adult, 2 child) for exploring a calm inlet of the intracoastal right from your backyard, a 3 hole putting green, and plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the view!
For family fun, there's a ping pong table in the garage and plenty of beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wagon - to make the short 8 minute walk (or 2 minute drive) to the beach a breeze. There are various games and puzzles for game night too!
