Our modern and thoughtfully designed apartments provide a comfortable but luxurious space to unwind. Recently renovated, this spacious one-bedroom is one of our largest units. With tree top views this apartment features a full kitchen, oversized windows, all-natural, organic king mattress, sustainable soap & toiletries from Public Goods; and locally made furniture; & art sourced through Houston & Texas-based artists. All visitors have access to our common area courtyard, and on-site laundry. Centrally-located near Houston’s dynamic Rice Village, the property is walkable to retail, restaurants, Rice University and the Texas Medical Center.
Nestled among charming and historic homes, The Parliament on Greenbriar provides a sense of neighborhood while still being within walking distance of Rice Village, Rice University and the Texas Medical Center. Our central location provides access to all of the best Houston has to offer - restaurants, parks, museums, concerts, the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, and sports venues.
