Note: Per HOA rules, you are responsible for taking out the trash barrels prior to collection day (see guide) through the side gate. When applicable, the adjacent unit is responsible for bringing in the shared trash barrels after collection.

Note: Use front-facing door inside the porch as entrance with the smart lock. Before entering the code, press the home icon in the keypad and then enter the CODE provided. When you go out, please ensure you close all porch doors. Thank you.

Note: If you want to run water in the shower head, you’ll want to turn the handle to the right side (on) and then pull down the O-ring from the faucet below and you should see it start running. If you wanna have it going to the tub then simply push it back.

Note: Please try to keep the thermostat around 75° and the porch doors closed when you enter or leave.

MAX 6 guests. NO pets allowed. NO smoking in any part of the premises. NO access to adjacent unit or garage. NO glass/food in pool area. DRIVEWAY parking only.

General: Quiet hours 9 pm - 7 am. Registered guests only. Unauthorized visitors will incur surcharges. This property is in a locals neighborhood where full-time residents live and work. In efforts to respect your neighbors, no events are permitted. We also ask that you keep music and voices down while outside. We suggest that you purchase our travel insurance to cover yourself in case unforeseen changes arise. Note: please avoid slamming the door and stomping on the floor and causing noise disturbances for the neighbors adjacent to you.

Common Areas: While the other unit is attached, it is fully separated by walls and has its own independent entrance. The only shared area with other guests is the front porch for access.

Treat it like your home: No moving furniture, no food/drinks in pool area, dispose of trash/recycling properly in side gate barrels.

Backyard use: Turn off propane after BBQ, heaters, or fire pit. Clean BBQ after use. No children unattended as this may result in HOA fines. Swim at your own risk. Pool heating is available as an add-on. Bonus amenities: Pre-filled propane for BBQ, fire pit, and heater use; walking treadmill, dart board and other family games are also available for your enjoyment.

Access: Smart lock entry through front door. No access to garage or adjacent unit. DRIVEWAY parking only (1 of 3 spaces). Street or parking in other spaces may result in HOA fines.

Security: The property is equipped with a solar camera installed in the front porch, active and operating at all times. Footage is recorded solely for liability purposes including break-ins, injuries, or unregistered guests/pets which are subject to surcharges per our listing terms.

Check-out: Leave linens/towels in the room. Scrape, load, and run the dishwasher or empty all dishes. Trash disposed of. Late check-out must be approved in advance and surcharges apply.

Add-ons: Want to add extras like additional guests, travel insurance, airport transfer, early check-in, late check-out, pets/pool heating (where available), baby items, cleaning protection or even kitchen stocking for groceries? You’ll be able to purchase them after your stay is processed. All add-ons must be approved in advance, and additional surcharges may apply. Subject to availability.

Direct Stays:
A) 4 or more guests staying 30+ days: $99/person/month OR Under 30 days: $29/person/night (registered via guest portal), up to the occupancy limit. Is your stay over 1 month? Overnight guests allowed up to 3 consecutive or 6 total nights per calendar month at no charge; beyond that, additional guest rates apply. Daytime-only visitors are free and don't require registration.
