GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Wynwood. You will be within walking distance of plenty of restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs, shopping, local venues as well as attractions. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

CHECK-IN POLICY:
• Complimentary Check in is available every day from 4PM until 10:30PM.
• Guest acknowledges and agrees that check-in is strictly available until 10:30 PM (local time) on the scheduled arrival date.
• All Guests must arrive and complete the check-in process no later than 10:30PM. Check-ins after 10:30 PM are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Guest understands and agrees that the Property Manager is not responsible for late arrivals due to flight delays, airline cancellations, missed connections, traffic, weather conditions, personal scheduling issues, or any other unforeseen or travel-related delays.
• Failure to arrive and complete check-in by 10:30PM will be considered a failure to take possession of the property for that night. No refunds, credits, date changes, or exceptions will be granted due to late arrival. By booking the property, Guest expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Check-In Time Restriction.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• NoMad Residences Wynwood offers a luxury lifestyle in the heart of Miami's vibrant arts district, with exclusive access to premium amenities available to registered guests only.
• The rooftop pool, spa, lounges, game room, meeting room, and fitness center are available daily. Please note that amenity hours may vary and are subject to building regulations.
• Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect neighboring residents and maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• NoMad Residences Wynwood is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the residence, on balconies, and throughout all common areas.
• Occupancy limits apply. Studios and one-bedroom residences accommodate up to 4 guests, while two-bedroom residences accommodate up to 6 guests.
• All guests are required to complete the building registration process prior to arrival and present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
• Key fobs are issued upon arrival and must be returned at check-out. Lost or unreturned fobs are subject to a replacement fee.
• Pets are welcome in selected residences. A maximum of two pets is permitted per residence, with a combined weight limit of 50 lbs. Breed restrictions and additional requirements may apply.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool areas, fitness center, lounges, game room, or other recreational amenities.
• Please note that valet parking is available at the property. Self-parking is not offered.
• Food delivery services are available; however, guests must meet delivery drivers in the lobby, as deliveries are not permitted directly to the residences.
• Children must always be supervised while using building amenities, including the pool and fitness areas.
• There is no lifeguard on duty at the rooftop pool or spa. Guests use these facilities at their own risk.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence and common areas. Certain lounges and co-working spaces are designed to provide a quiet and professional environment.
• Guests are unable to receive packages for stays under 30 nights. Any package received will be returned to sender by the building.
• Luxury Rentals Miami Beach offers 24/7 guest support and concierge services, including airport transfers, yacht charters, grocery pre-stocking, private chefs, and curated Miami experiences.
