Hosted by Coastal Stay. Welcome to Oasis! This cheerful third-floor beachfront condo features vibrant coastal décor, an airy open layout, and wonderful views across the bay. With a spacious king bedroom, comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and private waterfront balcony, it is an inviting escape for couples, small families, or friends visiting Traverse City.
Walk to nearby cafés, taprooms, and casual restaurants, or take a short drive to Front Street and local wineries. Whether your plans include adventure or total relaxation, this location makes it easy.
Please note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
Step through the sliding doors onto your private third-floor balcony, furnished with a table and seating overlooking the sandy beach and sparkling bay. It is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon break, or the changing colors over the water.
If you’re not up for braving the waters of Lake Michigan, the condo also offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, available ONLY from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
Guests have access to an open parking lot at the building. While spots are not assigned, you may park up to 2 vehicles per condo according to building rules. Visitors are welcome to park at the public boat launch lot directly next to the building; however, please note that overnight parking is not permitted at the boat launch.
☆☆ FLOOR & ACCESS ☆☆
This condo is located on the 3rd floor. The building is equipped with both an elevator and stairs for your convenience. If you prefer a unit on the first or second floor, please reach out! We manage other condos within the same building and would be happy to help you find the perfect fit.
☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.
If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.
Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted.
