When someone needs a little quiet time, the second family room offers another cozy place to curl up, play games, or watch a movie. With a bathroom for every bedroom, everyone has their own comfortable space to retreat to at the end of the day.

Outside, the Oregon Coast becomes part of the experience. Start the morning with coffee on the balcony, fire up the grill for dinner, or slip into the private hot tub on the entry-level deck and watch the evening sky settle over the coast.
