Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and its secluded 6.5-acre estate.

The property is accessed via a private unpaved road. While most vehicles can reach the home without difficulty, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is recommended for added confidence, particularly after periods of heavy rain.

Despite its wonderfully secluded setting, Oceana is only minutes from Wakefield, Matunuck, South Kingstown Town Beach, local restaurants, cafés, farmers’ markets, boutiques, and some of Rhode Island’s best coastal attractions.

You’ll enjoy the feeling of being completely removed from the world while remaining close to everything you need.
