🌊 A direct oceanfront estate in South Nags Head, built for big multigenerational groups — eight bedrooms plus a den across three levels, with an elevator to every floor and a private dune walkway straight to the sand.
Coastline Haven is set right on the ocean. Mornings start with coffee and salt air on the deck; days move between the beach, the private pool, and shared meals; evenings wind down in the hot tub, or under the stars. The Outer Banks Pier and Fishheads Bar & Grill are a short walk away.
It's designed to take the friction out of large-group travel: an elevator and entry ramp for easy movement, adult suites separated from the kids' wing, and multiple gathering areas that don't overlap — so the group can be together without being on top of each other.
🏡 The essentials, all private to your group:
🏊 Private pool and hot tub on an expansive sun deck (pool heatable on request)
🛗 Elevator to all three floors, plus an entry ramp
🍳 Gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances and a commercial ice maker for big groups
🛋️ Ocean-view living room with a gas fireplace, plus a second family lounge
🌅 Sun deck and two covered decks overlooking the Atlantic
👶 Family-ready: Pack 'n Play, booster seats, and children's toys
🧑🍳 Optional concierge: grocery delivery and private chef coordination
📺 Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi throughout
🐾 Pet-friendly with prior approval
🛏️ Sleeping (sleeps up to 21):
Top level: two king suites, each with a private en-suite
Mid level: three king bedrooms, a queen ocean-view bedroom, a flex/den (queen), and a bunk room (queen-over-twin)
