Perfectly located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach and less than 600 yards from door to the public beach access. This thoughtfully designed four-bedroom home was created with both comfort and connection in mind, making it ideal for family vacations, group getaways, or friends traveling together.
From the moment you step inside, the home welcomes you with effortless coastal sophistication. The layout flows naturally from one gathering space to the next, perfect for slow mornings with coffee, relaxed afternoons between beach trips, and easy evenings spent reconnecting after a day along 30A.
The fully stocked kitchen is designed to make group stays effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before the beach or cooking a full dinner for the group, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home. It’s a space built not just for cooking, but for gathering where conversations continue long after the plates are cleared.
Each bedroom offers its own calm and comfortable space, giving everyone room to unwind, and the home features private balconies perfect for stepping outside with a morning coffee, catching a coastal breeze, or enjoying quiet moments before the day begins.
Just across the street, you’ll find the community pool, making it incredibly easy to cool off, lounge in the sun, or take a refreshing dip whenever the mood strikes.

Your stay includes six adult bikes, making it easy to cruise through Blue Mountain Beach, reach nearby beach access points, and explore neighboring 30A communities at your own pace. And if your group is looking for a little extra flexibility, there’s a golf cart rental shop just down the street, making it simple to add a cart during your stay.

Three public beach accesses a short distance from the home:
2. Shellseekers Beach Access is a simple walkover at the end of Shellseekers Cove about one block south of Scenic 30A and a few blocks east of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place. It may be the most well hidden access in SoWal.
3. Spooky Lane Beach Access is at the entrance to Seahaunts Condominiums where Spooky Lane meets the Gulf. From the intersection of Scenic 393 at Gulf Place and Scenic 30A, travel east about 1/4 mile then south on Spooky Lane. There is parking for bikes only.

-Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 50 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a 40 minute drive.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
