Olympia Luxe is a gorgeous luxury villa in Hollywood, about a quarter mile from Sunset Strip. Balancing serene privacy and prime location, the newly renovated home features extraordinary alfresco living areas, stunning interiors, and four fabulous bedroom suites. Museum-worthy contemporary art and design pieces complement the villa's elegant décor, creating an ambiance of consummate Los Angeles class.
The property is set up as luxury boutique hotel, featuring 4 en-suite bedrooms, powder room, office, outdoor living room, and pool. Rental rate is for standard occupancy of 12 people. Roll-away beds are also available for an extra charge. Maximum capacity is 18.
Guests have access to the entire house, nothing is shared with other properties or people. There are 2 locked storage closets that are off limits to the guests.
The home owner or home owner's agent will do check-in and orientation to the house as well as the check-out walk-through. No one is present during the guest's stay.
The property is conveniently located to all Los Angeles attractions, most diverse restaurants, and world famous destinations. Restaurants, night clubs, spas, shopping, sightseeing, are all literally minutes from the property. This private estate, surrounded by Californian foliage has a boutique hotel style and floor plan, offering privacy, luxury and comfort.
Property is located in Hollywood Hills so a car is necessary to access the property. There is a 2 car garage, driveway and ample unrestricted street parking. Once on main streets there are buses, metro, taxi and Uber service for additional transportation options. Airport pick-up, and drop off is available. Please inquire for me details.
-Pool Heating: pool heating fee of $300 will be applied, per usage. Please contact with the homeowner for details.
-Guest shall return all furniture to it’s original position as it was displayed during Check-in otherwise incur a $250 moving charge that shall be deducted from the security deposit.
-In the event that the premises are left excessively dirty upon check out, Owner shall have the right to charge an additional “Excess Cleaning Fee” in the amount of $600 dollars
