Gorgeous 2-bed 2 bath condo 100 feet from the sand on the gated Amelia Island Plantation, where you can take in spectacular sunrises and ocean sunsets from your own private balcony! The sliding glass doors—family room and master bed—have screens so that you can hear the waves all day long without having to be at the beach.
Also, enjoy miles of shaded trails for walking or biking under the beautiful canopy of trees and foliage. Perfect for couples and families alike, this home away from home is the perfect place for a quiet getaway or a fun-filled, active family vacation! You’ll live in an open floor plan with a living room and kitchen that overlook the Atlantic… The kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. along with a washer/dryer in the unit (so you can minimize packing)! The guest bedroom has 2 twins, a TV, and a bathroom that can be entered thru the hallway out to the kitchen or through the bedroom itself; the master offers a plush king-size bed with its own private access to the oceanfront balcony, a tv (for bedtime Netflix binging), as well as a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large closet.
Condo is equipped with a Ring Door Bell at the Front Door
Amenities included are beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler, all for you to take to the beach and pool! All you need is your swimsuit… we can’t wait to host you!
