Parking Instructions (Combo Listing – Units A & B)
Guests renting both Unit A and Unit B will need to utilize public street parking in front of the duplex. There is space for 2 regular-sized vehicles directly in front of the property. Additional public parking is available along Fargo Street—neighbors also use these spaces, so availability may vary. If needed, we recommend using spaces closer to the roundabout. Please note: there is no garage access.

Pet-Friendly Features
We welcome your four-legged companions! Our property is equipped with several dog-friendly amenities to make their stay comfortable too, including an anti-slip sofa throw blanket, a larger throw blanket, a floor placemat, and even dog business bags with two outdoor trash bins. A doorway gate and a fenced-in backyard ensure their safety and your peace of mind.

Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
