The options for outdoor recreation are boundless in Coronado, with Coronado Tidelands Park, Coronado Beach and Dog Park, and Silver Strand State beach.

Coronado Beach: About 17 minutes on foot.
Orange Avenue Shops & Restaurants: You're already on Orange Avenue, so most dining, shopping, and entertainment options are right nearby.
Hotel del Coronado: Approximately 15 - 20 minutes away (0.9 miles).
Coronado is bike-friendly, with dedicated bike paths along the bay and beach areas. You can rent bikes nearby if needed.
The Bayshore Bikeway offers stunning views and is a great way to explore the area.
Public Transportation
Bus: The Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) Route 901 runs along Orange Avenue and connects to downtown San Diego via the Coronado Ferry or over the bridge.
Ferry: The Coronado Ferry is a fun and scenic way to travel to downtown San Diego. The ferry terminal is about 1.5 miles away (a 7-minute drive or 25-minute walk).
Coronado is accessible by car via the iconic Coronado Bridge. Parking can be limited during peak hours near the beach and tourist hotspots, so plan accordingly.
Downtown San Diego is about 10-15 minutes away by car (depending on traffic).
Uber and Lyft operate throughout Coronado and are a convenient option for getting to nearby destinations without worrying about parking.

No smoking anywhere on the premises ($100 fee for breaking)
No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)
Must follow all posted quiet hours
No pets ($200 fee and removal from property for breaking)
No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
Please help us keep the place clean for future guests by removing all trash and placing it in the designated trash cans in the alley outside the garage.
