This two-story home boasts an incredible location, out on a point with 270-degree views of the ocean coast. The house feels private and secluded, yet it's also less than half a mile from shops, galleries, and markets in small-town Gualala.

Slide open the glass doors and bring your coffee outside to the patio each morning, keeping your eyes peeled for whale spouts on the horizon. This is a space to return to at sunset for an alfresco meal and a soothing soak in the private hot tub.

Cell service can be spotty along the coast. The home has WiFi for staying connected.

For security, one outdoor camera is at the front door and one is on the driveway. They face the exterior only.
