About the property

You arrive to open space, quiet, and a sense that everything is already in place.

Set at the base of Palisades Tahoe, this Resort Home opens with ease—light moving through the main living area, with large doors that connect indoors to the upper deck. Each bedroom is private and self-contained with its own ensuite bathroom, giving everyone space to settle in without effort.

The comfort of a home, with everything taken care of.

Evenings unfold naturally here. A soak in the saltwater hot tub, the fireplace on, prepare dinner in a kitchen that’s fully equipped and ready for gathering, with Thermador appliances and thoughtful details throughout.

Mornings begin slowly. Coffee is set with a Moccamaster and locally sourced beans, tea within reach, and space to ease into the day.

Wellness is part of the rhythm—restful sleep with quality mattresses and linens, along with simple ways to reset, from stretching with provided yoga mats and rollers to arranging in-home treatments if desired.

The location keeps everything close, but it never feels hurried. Walk to the Village for dining and shops, or head out along the paved paths that wind through Olympic Valley, or along the Truckee River paved path to Lake Tahoe. Nearby, you’ll find a bike pump track, bocce court, pickleball courts, playground and easy access to bike or ski rentals and year-round recreation.

If you’d like to shape the experience further, additional touches can be arranged—from stocked groceries to gear, childcare essentials, or small celebrations—handled quietly in advance.

The home is professionally maintained and reset between each stay, with support available when needed.

A place where being outside comes easily, and coming back feels even better.

Contactless 24/7, access the home via smart lock. Two car garage and driveway, can accommodate 4 cars total. Street parking is strictly not permitted.
