Welcome to Paradise Springs! Our home is located in the Vista Norte neighborhood of Palm Springs. We are only a short 5 minutes away from downtown.

Enjoy our upgraded vacation home with midcentury modern touches throughout. The highlight is our private outdoor spaces that create the ultimate retreat with a beautiful pool/spa and several seating areas for your whole group.

This is 4BD, 2BA home is ready for your group!

Your group will enjoy the open layout of a spacious living room w/ gas fireplace and large Smart TV above. Also available is a dedicated desk with a monitor, this space is perfect for those needing to WFH.

Our dining room table has seating for 8 and a bar cart nearby to mix cocktails/mocktails for your group. There is additional kitchen bar seating with 3 stools and a round mid century tulip breakfast table that seats 4. All seating overlooks the beautiful backyard pool.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare meals.

Lastly, Head out back to the spacious and private backyard where you'll find your sparkling pool and hot tub. There are lounge chairs and two seperate seating areas with outdoor couches and fire pit(propane)or the outdoor table with string lighting that seats 8.

Our gas BBQ is located on the side of the house.

Our garage fits 2 vehicles and up to 4 in the driveway.

This is a great home whether you're hosting a family outing, bachelorette party, or just a get-together with some close friends.

Vista Norte is a quiet residential neighborhood surrounded by mountains and just a quick drive to the dining, shops, and art galleries of Palm Springs. With in walking distance is grocery stores, coffee shops, and Victoria Park , which has a great playground for kids and pets.

Uber, Lyft, public transportation all readily available from this convenient location

POOL HEATING

• Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water.
• Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum.

PETS
-We welcome pets at our home for an additional $85 fee. Up to 2 pets max. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning required due to pet fur and dander, ensuring a comfortable space for all guests.
