The 3 bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests with the primary bedrooms featuring an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. All bedrooms conveniently have a sliding glass door to access the front patio/Pool area.

Chef's Kitchen & Dining:
Just off the kitchen, the dining area offers a spacious table with seating for 6 — perfect for shared meals and conversation. Step outside to the backyard, where you’ll find additional seating for 6 al fresco dining under the Palm Springs sunshine.
Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen necessities. The following items accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, blenders, serving platters, pots/pans, knives, strainer, Tupperware, cutting boards and more. We also provide a variety spices and cooking essentials

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods

Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max overnight occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Full Access with exception of supply closets

• FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability.

WILL I NEED TO MEET SOMEONE TO GET ACCESS?

Ace is accessible by smart lock box which we'll provide a code for prior to your arrival. Inside will be 2 sets of physical keys to access the home.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead if interested and if available we'll schedule and coordinate.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100/night(2 night minimum). Please message us at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Request will be sent via Airbnb resolution center for the even amount.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

We allow up to two pets for a fee of $100/pet. This cost goes directly to the cleaning team to ensure the property/linens have been thoroughly cleaned of all dander. Please add to your guest count and the fee will add otherwise an airbnb resolution request will be required to be accepted prior to arrival.

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE?

The city of Palm Springs requires the registered/booking guest to be 25 years or older

CAN I PLAY MUSIC BY THE POOL?

No, unfortunately the city of Palm Springs does not allow any amplified noise this includes any music or could even be a conversation on a speakerphone. If playing music indoors please be sure to close doors. Failure to do so can result in immediate fines or eviction.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AFTER ARRIVING AT THE HOME?

Once you arrive to the home you'll need to sign the Palm Springs Rental Agreement stating you agree to all the rules as mentioned in the house rules along with sending a picture of the signed contract with the registered guests government issued ID. This requirement is enforced by the city and must be completed within 24 hours of the start of the reservation.
