Philipbsurg is situated between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park, and within two-hours of Bozeman, Butte, Helena, and Missoula which makes for a great day trip, or base yourself out of Philipsburg for a good mix of all of the above.
From Bozeman: Take interstate 90 West over the beautiful Homestake Pass, through Butte, and to the scenic Highway 1 exit. Take Highway 1 through Anaconda, past Georgetown Lake, and on to Philipsburg. About a two-hour drive.
