This southern section of Seven Mile Beach experiences natural, seasonal sand shifting. At times, there may be reduced sand directly in front of the property, but the water generally remains excellent for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. When more sand is preferred for long beach days, nearby public beach sections along Seven Mile are just a short walk or drive away.

Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

• A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.

Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.
