  • The primary renter is required to sign the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us.

  • Propane Exchanges: We do not directly exchange propane tanks. During business hours, if our team is available, we may be able to assist with an exchange.

  • Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.

  • Reservations made by local residents require additional review and approval before confirmation.

  • Any request to host a small gathering that exceeds the standard occupancy limit will incur an additional $250 fee.

  • All gatherings are subject to prior approval by management and must be disclosed before booking. Please note that visitors are not permitted to stay overnight

This place was perfect of our group of 10! There was plenty of room for us all to enjoy our stay, as there were plenty of comfortable beds to sleep in and room to enjoy meals in the kitchen. It also had plenty of basics that we did not need to go out and purchase them for our stay as they were provided, which was a great perk. Also, this home in general was beautiful and offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Being that this place was outside of town it was far enough away that we could enjoy a peaceful week but still close enough that we could drive to what we all wanted to see. The hosts were also extremely helpful offering a guide to the home with information for before, during, and prior to checkout. They were also very friendly and responsive to messages. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the Black Hills. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect for a large family or just a couple friends to enjoy a slice of heaven in South Dakota Dakota Positive: Excellent property. Very clean very homey and super comfortable. The beds are like sleeping in the clouds. The area is peaceful with beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Highly recommend. Will definitely book again. Negative: The property was perfect. There is no downside staying at Pleasant Valley getaway.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space to spread out and have our own space, but also a wonderful central space to spend time together over meals and playing games. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was fabulous and stocked with what we needed for the basics. We will definitely consider staying her again when we are back in the area.
