The beautiful Penn Estates community offers a family-friendly, gated neighborhood experience. The home includes 8 seasonal community amenity badges and 4 boat passes for use of the personal water devices (kayaks and paddle board) provided at the property. All guests ages 5 and older must wear a badge at all times to access all community facilities. All badges must be returned to the home before checkout, and lost, missing, or unreturned badges will incur a $200 replacement fee per badge.
