Welcome to your spacious Pocono Mountains getaway—a comfortable and inviting retreat designed for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy year-round adventure. This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering plenty of space to spread out while still enjoying time together. Inside, you’ll find cozy living areas perfect for movie nights and group gatherings, along with a dedicated game room featuring a hot tub (currently OOO), foosball table, and a great selection of board and card games—fun for all ages after a day of exploring.

Step outside to enjoy the fresh mountain air around the outdoor firepit, ideal for evening conversations and s’mores under the stars. For warmer days, guests can take advantage of the inflatable kayak and paddleboards, making it easy to enjoy nearby lakes and outdoor activities.

The home is located within the beautiful Stillwater Estates POA, a private community that requires mandatory guest registration and adherence to community rules and requirements, helping maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.

• Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.
• No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.
• An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.
• Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

This home is located within the beautiful Stillwater Estates POA, which has mandatory guest registration and community requirements.

HOA Guest Registration

• All guests must complete the HOA Guest Registration Form within 24 hours of booking.
• Failure to complete the form within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation.
• The HOA Guest Registration Fee is $125 per reservation and will be collected after booking confirmation.

Amenity Wristbands

• The HOA requires all guests who are walking age and older to wear community amenity wristbands.
• Wristbands cost $5 per person and will be collected at the same time as the registration fee.
• Wristbands cannot be purchased on-site and must be ordered in advance through the registration form.

HOA Rules & Compliance

• Guests must follow all HOA rules and regulations at all times.
• Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without refund.
• A copy of the HOA rules will be available inside the home.

Vehicle & Check-In Requirements

• A valid vehicle pass must be displayed on the dashboard at all times during your stay.
• Vehicles without a visible pass may be ticketed or towed at the guest’s expense.
• At check-in, guests must provide a driver’s license and vehicle registration.
• The driver’s license must match the name of the person driving the vehicle and the name listed on the HOA registration form.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
