Modern, stylish basement apartment located just 10 minutes to downtown Durango is surrounded by butte views and a tranquil atmosphere. If you are looking to enjoy sounds of a flowing creek, space to walk your dog and a relaxing environment, this is the perfect place for you. Here are the amenities to make you trip easy and relaxed;

-New well appointed chef’s kitchen...not that you want to be cooking on vacation, but if you do...
-Bedroom has a King bed with Tempur-pedic mattress.
-Bunk bed located in living room #2 is a full size bed and a twin bed.
-Pull out sofa bed in living room #1 is a full size (we can set it up on request) has a blow up mattress.

We supply dog essentials and dog bed is located in the closet in living room #1.

The property is shared with guests staying in the apartments located in other buildings on the property.

We use premium cotton bedding on all our beds of (400 thread count sheets or more) and cotton duvets. We use fragrance free hypoallergenic detergent.

Guests can access the property via road 207 or Lightner Creek Road. To access apartment 6 is the basement apartment under the main house. Use the outdoor stairs that take you down to the lower garden area. The entry door is located there. Guests will be given a code that day of their arrival.

Limited interaction with managers are off site. For quickest communication text messages and booking site used. Direct calling available between 8am-9pm and during an emergency. Please call 911 if there is a medical emergency.
