• Pet fee is $125 per stay, but the pet has to be trained and not shed hair
• A non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable damage deposit is required prior to check-in; deposits are returned after checkout provided no damage is reported
• A propane tank is provided with the grill, however guests are responsible for propane during their stay. We do not guarantee a full tank at check-in. If you run out, we're happy to reimburse the cost of a refill — simply send us a screenshot of the receipt
• The pool is seasonal and generally available through September, weather and maintenance permitting. The pool is closed from November through April
• Pool availability and temperature may depend on weather, maintenance, and outdoor conditions
• Maximum occupancy is 15 registered guests. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed at the property unless approved in advance
• Children must be supervised at all times around the pool, fire pit, and BBQ area
• Exterior security cameras may be present for safety and property protection. Cameras do not monitor private indoor spaces

• Checkout is by 10:00 AM unless approved in advance
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• No unauthorized guests or visitors
• Maximum occupancy is 15 registered guests
• Quiet hours must be respected
• Children must be supervised around the pool, fire pit, stairs, and outdoor areas
• Pool use is at guests' own risk
• No glass near the pool
• Fire pit must be used safely and fully extinguished after use
• BBQ grill must be used responsibly
• Please do not move indoor furniture outside or move furniture without approval
• No commercial photography, filming, or events without written approval
• Please report any damage or maintenance issues right away
