• Security Notice: This property is equipped with a Ring video doorbell monitoring the front entry for security purposes. No interior cameras are installed.
• Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
• Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice.
• No unattended swimming at the pool by minors, must be accompanied by an adult for safety.
• Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
• We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel protection insurance to protect against any unforeseen trip interruptions or you needing to cancel. No Refunds once cancellation period has pasted.

The registered guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with the terms of this Agreement and will be financially responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other charges resulting from their stay. 30A Rental Properties and the property owner strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, severe weather, or other covered circumstances. Once the applicable cancellation and refund period has expired, no refunds or credits will be issued outside the terms of our cancellation policy. For this reason, we highly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking.
