Residents enjoy access to the building’s upscale amenities, including resort-style pools, white sand beach access nearby, spa facilities, fitness center, and valet service. One valet parking space is included with the residence.

A dedicated concierge team is available to assist with arrivals and coordinate personalized arrangements such as private chefs, grocery delivery, yacht charters, tours, event tickets, and restaurant reservations.

Dogs may be considered with prior approval and applicable fees. A mid-week cleaning is required every six days to maintain the residence. A signed rental agreement and identification must be submitted within 24 hours of booking to confirm the reservation. This is a privately owned residence and is not operated by the building’s management.

A six-month minimum rental applies.

They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

The property is centrally located in the heart of South Beach. You will be within walking distance of South Pointe Park and restaurant options. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• Valet parking is included for 1 car.
• Pets: We follow the condominium's rules regarding pets; only dogs permitted & subject to approval at a $400 fee plus an additional deposit.
• Housekeeping services are not included in the room rate and are collected after the booking has been made.
• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator.
• A mid-week clean is required every 6 days to maintain the quality of the unit. The funds will be requested after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
