This spectacular 5,000 sq. ft. lakefront estate is designed for guests seeking privacy, luxury, and unparalleled lakefront living. Featuring Five spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, the home is ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, and memorable group gatherings.
Throughout the home, soaring log-beamed ceilings, a magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and walls of windows showcase stunning panoramic views of Big Bear Lake from nearly every room.
The chef's gourmet kitchen is designed for entertaining, featuring premium appliances, a gas cooktop, expansive counter space, a breakfast bar, and a formal dining area. Just beyond, the expansive lakeview deck creates the perfect setting for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening cocktails overlooking the water.
The home's luxury amenities include a dedicated TV lounge with a cozy wood-burning fireplace and 60" LCD television, as well as a private game room complete with a wet bar, pool table, and shuffleboard. After a day on the slopes or exploring the lake, unwind in the private sauna or soak beneath the stars in the outdoor hot tub.

The upper floor is equipped with air conditioning to keep guests comfortable during the summer. The downstairs level remains naturally cool throughout most of the season and therefore is not equipped with A/C.
Boat on dock is not permitted to be used or sat inside please. Its for owner's use only.
All bedrooms are located on the lower level of home. Kitchen, Living Area, Game Room and Half bath are on the level area.
