Along with being only a few minutes walk to the convention center, the capitol, & the best restaurants & shopping in the state, you're still only 40 minutes to ski resorts & Park City, & a quick 10 minutes to the Airport.
This unit is a private suite in large and historic Victorian house. It has it's own private entrance and parking. When entering, you first arrive in the kitchen and next to the bathroom. A doorway from the kitchen leads you into bedroom area which houses a queen size bed, a fold-out sleeper sofa, the TV and the desk. We, as the owners, live above with our dogs.
Please park it directly in front of the tree stump. Please be careful not to block the driveway so that we can back out of the garage.
We give our guests their privacy, but please let us know if you have any questions at any point!
Located in the historic Avenues district only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the bustle of downtown Salt Lake, but still in a quiet and private neighborhood. Ideal location to explore the the best of the city and the mountains.

We are both part of the Utah Symphony, therefore you may hear us practicing at times but of course not at odd hours.
