A group this size usually means someone splits off to a second rental. Here you get two complete homes side by side instead, so the whole crew stays together while every bedroom is still a real bed.

One home opens into a dining area with bench seating and a kitchen island with bar stools, with bedrooms spread across the second and third floors, including a room with four queen beds for larger groups and a third-floor deck for a quieter perch above it all. The other home carries an open-plan living and dining layout with a staircase landing, a kitchen island, and its own set of bedrooms including a king suite.

Out back, the hot tub sits steps from a mini-golf putting green and a fire pit, while the converted garage holds a foosball table, giant connect four, and a sofa for a built-in hangout spot. A second game room adds a pool table, an arcade machine, and a wall-mounted TV for a rematch after dinner.

Spend the day exploring downtown, grill out in the backyard as the sun drops, soak in the hot tub while the skyline lights up from the balcony, then split off between game rooms before everyone turns in for the night.
