These four residences are rooted in Land Stewardship—honoring the site’s history as the former Warren Water Company and guided by the belief that land is not owned, but shared. Interior design draws from the surrounding environment to honor nature, inspire rest and gathering, and foster a more creative, connected future.

Guests have access to a beautifully designed shared spa area on the ground level, featuring a 6-person hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and outdoor shower. This space is shared with guests from the other units, and you may see others enjoying the amenities during your stay.
