This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with full-time residents and families with young children. Out of respect for neighbors, outdoor music and excessive noise must end by 8:00 PM. This is not a party house. We live next door and actively monitor for noise violations, which are typically identified within minutes. Any violation of house rules or local noise ordinances may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, plus applicable city fines. If you're seeking a peaceful, respectful stay, we'd love to host you.

Cancellation: Guests can cancel within 5 days of check-in. We strongly encourage travel insurance.

Pet Policy: $75 flat fee per stay for dogs.
