Featuring a pueblo-style main house and a fully equipped detached casita, the property comfortably sleeps more than 12 across 9 beds, offering a rare combination of space, privacy, and thoughtful design.
The main house centers around an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area filled with natural light, creating an inviting space for gathering and entertaining. Designed for both connection and separation, the estate spans two distinct living environments, making it ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together.
Outdoor living defines the experience. Lounge under the desert sun, unwind in the hot tub or cowboy pool on the elevated viewing deck, and gather around the firepit as the sun sets. A dedicated hammock garden, yoga space, and multiple outdoor seating areas create space to relax, while the expansive property offers a true sense of privacy.
As night falls, enjoy some of the clearest skies in Southern California from your private stargazing deck, complete with telescope. Whether you're exploring the park or settling in for a quiet desert escape, Pueblo Villa offers a seamless blend of comfort, scale, and setting.

CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.
PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.
PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Located just 5 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 10 minutes to the National Park West Entrance, 10 minutes from downtown Yucca Valley, 15 minutes to Pioneertown and Pappy and Harriets, and 40 minutes to Palm Springs. Pueblo del Tierra offers iconic design in a private desert setting.
