Welcome to Casa Celeste, a rare penthouse studio tucked into the hills of Alta Vista, one of
Puerto Vallarta's charming residential neighborhoods.
Located on the top floor of the building, Casa Celeste offers something that is increasingly
difficult to find in Puerto Vallarta: a private rooftop-style terrace with your own plunge pool,
breathtaking views of the bay and surrounding mountains, and the feeling of having your
own little retreat above the city.
Designed for couples and solo travelers looking for something intimate, comfortable, and
memorable, this unique studio combines the warmth of a romantic hideaway with the
convenience of a fully equipped home.
Wake up to mountain views, relax beside your private pool during the afternoon, and watch the
colors of Puerto Vallarta change as the sun sets over the bay.
The Space
Casa Celeste is located on the 5th floor, at the top of the building. Because the property does
not have an elevator, reaching the penthouse requires approximately five flights of stairs.
The effort is well rewarded.
Inside, the space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the
views.
The sleeping area features a king-size bed framed by soft white curtains that add a romantic
touch while creating additional privacy around the bed. Two bedside tables provide convenient
space for personal belongings and reading lamps.
A spacious closet is available for the clothing and outfits you'll bring along for your stay.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, allowing you to create a
comfortable environment throughout the day and night.
Relax & Take in the View
A comfortable sofa provides the perfect place to sit back and relax while enjoying the views
toward the surrounding mountains and private pool terrace.
Behind the sofa, a small rooftop fountain creates a peaceful background sound that
complements the open-air atmosphere and makes the terrace feel even more secluded.

Large sliding glass doors separate the interior from the terrace. Open them when you'd like to
welcome the fresh mountain and coastal breeze, or close the exterior curtains when you prefer
additional privacy and shade.

The kitchen is fully equipped for both short visits and longer stays.
You'll find everything you need to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a more elaborate

The terrace also features an outdoor seating area with a table, chairs, and umbrella, along with
a comfortable outdoor lounge area where you can spend time enjoying the scenery.
The combination of the private pool, mountain backdrop, bay views, and rooftop fountain
creates an especially peaceful atmosphere during the day.
And as evening arrives, the terrace becomes an intimate setting for a glass of wine, a quiet
dinner, or a romantic night under the Puerto Vallarta sky.
Seasonal Pool Heating
The private pool is heated during the cooler winter months, generally from November
through March.

During the warmer months, the pool naturally warms under the direct sun while remaining
refreshing and enjoyable.
Bathroom
The bathroom includes a toilet and shower, with additional space for your personal toiletries and
belongings.
A Rare Penthouse Experience
Casa Celeste is not a traditional resort-style accommodation.
Its charm comes from its privacy, setting, views, and the experience of having your own private
pool terrace above the city.
There are very few penthouse studios in Puerto Vallarta that combine this type of elevated
location with a private pool, making Casa Celeste particularly special for couples celebrating a
getaway, honeymoon, anniversary, or simply looking for a peaceful escape with an
unforgettable view.
Location
Casa Celeste is located in Alta Vista, a hillside residential neighborhood just above Puerto
Vallarta's Zona Romántica.
The area offers a more local and residential experience while remaining close to the
restaurants, beaches, nightlife, cafés, and attractions of the Romantic Zone.
The neighborhood is walkable, although it is quite hilly, so comfortable shoes are
recommended.
Buses are available nearby on Basilio Badillo, while taxis and Uber are readily accessible.
Guest Access
A Samson Waters Concierge will meet you at the property at your agreed arrival time and
provide the keys and access information for your stay.
The building is secure and features several controlled entry points.
Guests have private access to the entire penthouse studio and its terrace and plunge pool.

Good to Know Before Booking
● Casa Celeste is located on the 5th floor, with approximately five flights of stairs and no
elevator.
● The neighborhood is located on a hillside, so walking involves inclines and stairs.
● As this is an established local neighborhood, guests may occasionally hear roosters in
the morning, dogs barking, or other everyday neighborhood sounds.
● There is currently some construction in the surrounding area as new buildings and
residences are developed. Guests may occasionally hear construction noise during
daytime hours.
● The toilet plumbing is not designed for toilet paper to be flushed. Please dispose of toilet
paper in the provided waste bin.
● No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the property, including the terrace
and building common areas.
● No pets are allowed.
● Parties and events are not permitted.
Pool Maintenance
To keep your private pool clean and enjoyable, our maintenance team visits Mondays,
Wednesdays, and Fridays between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
The team has access to the pool area, so you do not need to be present during these visits.
If you prefer to decline a scheduled cleaning during your stay, simply let us know. Please note
that if the pool requires additional cleaning after checkout due to excessive use or unusual
conditions, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Getting Around
The surrounding area is convenient for exploring Puerto Vallarta.
Basilio Badillo is nearby, with local bus service, taxis, and Uber readily available.
Private transportation can also be arranged upon request.
