Rosamorada is located within a brand-new residential development. As part of a newly completed building, several rooftop common areas and shared amenities are still under development and are currently unavailable for guest use.
Please note that rooftop facilities and future common-area amenities are not included with your reservation at this time.
Additionally, as the building continues delivering units to owners and finalizing certain areas, construction-related activities may occasionally take place throughout the property and inside some privately owned units.
🕘 Construction Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
No construction activities are permitted on Sundays or major holidays.

While the apartment itself is fully completed and ready to enjoy, guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise during the permitted working hours.
