We welcome up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs. No other pets are permitted.

Private keypad entry. You'll have full access to all areas of the home: three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, screened porch, decks, and the community pool. A couple of locked supply closets are the only exceptions.

This home is located in North Beach Village, a quiet, close-knit community in Holmes Beach with an Old Florida feel and an easy five-minute walk to the beach.

Holmes Beach is on Anna Maria Island — a seven-mile barrier island on Florida's Gulf Coast known for its beaches, clear water, and genuinely unhurried pace. It's the kind of place where people slow down, go barefoot, and actually disconnect. A golf cart is a fun way to get around the island since the entire 7 mile stretch is golf cart friendly.
