★On a case-by-case basis, sometimes "early check-in" is available. If so and you wish to check-in early you must contact the host for availablity and there is a $20 per hour early check-in fee★

★Four cars can fit in the driveway.★

✔️We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

✔️If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue.

✔️We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.

✔️This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.

✔️The property has three exterior security cameras. One at the front of the home facing the driveway, back yard and another on the left side of the home facing the air conditioner and pool equipment.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
