The Home- Newly remodeled 692 square feet mid-century boho modern style home. Two bedrooms (one is a loft bedroom), one bath, waterproof flooring throughout home. Laundry on site and a great back deck.
Bedroom 1(downstairs)- King sized bed, side tables, closet, and wall heater. Please keep in mind access to the back deck and spa are through this bedroom.
Bedroom 2(upstairs/loft)- Two full sized beds, wardrobe rack, desk.
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 5 bath towels, 5 spa towels, 1 hand towel, and 2 washcloths are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)
Bathroom (downstairs)- Shower/tub combo with single vanity.
Kitchen- Open floorplan with visibility into living area. Apartment sized fridge, 4 burner gas stove, toaster oven, and dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.
Coffee- 12 cup drip machine.
Living room- Leather sofa, two sitting chairs, 55’ smart tv for all your streaming needs, record player, expandable table, electric fireplace, ceiling fan. Games and records are provided. These do change based on need.
Fireplace- Electric fireplace, no need to purchase wood or Firestarter bricks.
Laundry area- Located in hallway downstairs. Stackable unit.
Work/office area- Located in loft area overlooking the living area.
Back Deck- Spa, patio furniture, beautiful string lights, propane grill, and fire table. We do change propane once a week. If you arrive and the tanks need to be filled or swapped, send us a picture of the receipt. It will be reimbursed to you.
Front deck- Bistro seating for 2.
Parking- Asphalt parking for 2 vehicles. Very long vehicles might have difficulties. Please be mindful of placement as the neighbors have a curved driveway into ours. Do not block their driveway.
Animals- We allow 2 dogs. No other animals allowed no exceptions. No fees are charged unless they are naughty, not picked up after, or excessively shed. Please keep in mind that this home does NOT have a fenced area. You are responsible for the safety of your pet. Do not let your pet poop or pee on back deck.

This home is in a residential neighborhood. Vehicles are recommended the main reliable public transportation is Mountain Transit (.03 from the home). Others are not consistent.
Reminder- This is the mountains. We do our best to control what we can. We spray and leave bait for pests, do our best to prevent rodents, and remove weeds throughout the year. Most of our homes do have sap producing trees.

We want you to have the best experience possible so you’ll come back to visit us again soon. Here are some tips on how to avoid some of the common complaints we get about short-term rentals. The number one rule to remember is being a vacation home renter also means being a good neighbor.
PARKING (2)
All short-term renters must park on the rental property. No street parking is
allowed. The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit.
NOISE
We know you have good taste in music, but your neighbors might not. So turn down the volume and keep all noise to a minimum. Guests are advised to adhere to quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
PETS (2 dogs only)
Pets are required to be leashed or kept in an enclosed area on the property at all times. Dogs are required to be licensed. Barking or other animal noise may result in noise complaints.
TRASH
Please place all trash in approved containers. Ensure containers are closed to
keep animals out. Do not place trash bags or other uncontained trash anywhere on the property.
OCCUPANCY (5 including children & infants)
Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both. The approved number of people allowed in the unit can be found on the information posted inside the unit.
PROHIBITED USES
Short-term rentals may not be used for commercial purposes, such as filming, corporate retreats, conferences, or wedding receptions.
COMPLAINTS
The County operates a 24-hour hotline where residents can report short-term rental violations. All complaints are investigated and can result in a $1,000 citation.
