Note: Pool can be heated year-round. It’s usually not necessary from May to Sep, but an option for you. Because of the cost of gas to run the heater, there’s an extra charge of $50/night or $200/week for the first week and $100/week for each additional week. If desired, please request heating prior to check-in.

Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of a closet under the stairs, a couple of closets in the laundry room, and the garage.

Please note that we have a pool service that cleans the pool once a week. They typically arrive at the property every Wednesday between 6:00 am and 10:00 am and are there for about 10 minutes. Guests do not need to be present for service and the operator knows to keep noise to a minimum.
