Red Tail Rendezvous

Red Tail Rendezvous is a private A-frame cabin in deep forest at the foot of Mount Rainier, six miles from the Nisqually entrance to the national park. Three proposals have happened here. Dozens of anniversaries. Your story writes itself.

The cabin is built for unhurried mornings and post-trail evenings, with a covered hot tub under the canopy (heated and ready when you arrive), a stone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, stained glass, and a private firepit lawn beneath the trees. Two bedrooms — a king loft suite with French doors onto its own balcony, and a queen on the main floor — plus a chef-ready kitchen with full island, stocked coffee bar, and everything you need for elevated in-cabin meals.

And it's all included. Most cabins hand you a checkout cart — firewood, a s'mores kit, coffee you have to bring yourself. We don't. Whenever county and state rules allow outdoor fires, the firewood, starter, and s'mores kit are set out at the firepit at no extra charge. While a burn ban is in effect the firepit is closed and no firewood may be used — the s'mores kit is then available on request, and the indoor stone propane fireplace is unaffected and yours to enjoy. A generous welcome basket greets you, the coffee bar is stocked, and the bath is set with full-size spa toiletries. No add-on cart, no nickel-and-diming — just walk in and settle in.

Guests have high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, full A/C, self check-in, on-site parking, and a Level 2 EV charger. Wake to birdsong, watch for the resident deer and their fawns in the backyard, spend the day on the mountain, and come home to forest quiet that actually feels restorative.
