This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. ••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

"We had a great stay. It was our first time in Marathon and it was great. Close to Sombrero Beach. Quiet area. The house is large and comfy. We had easy access to Key West and snorkeling. Host was responsive and helpful. House very clean and well-organized."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Reel Relaxin' It was a great centrally located house for activities in the Keys. Close enough to the beach for easy walking. Also close to grocery store and main shopping area. There were plenty of dishes for cooking, enabling us to save some on eating out so much. I think the only thing missing was a potato peeler, not a big deal overall! Our family really enjoyed our stay, this is a place we would recommend for big families and will return in the future if in the area! Thank you Coco Plum!"
