The deck includes an array of seating options, along with a gas grill and firepit to suit any occasion. Enjoy family-friendly backyard fun with a swing set and variety of lawn games provided. The beach is just a short stroll from home.
Bright and stylish, the main-floor interior sets the stage for casual indoor downtime with a roomy, open-concept layout, elegant design, and all-new home decor. A luxe leather sectional and smart TV in the living area are ready to welcome family movie night viewing. The lower living area adds flexible entertainment and comfort with another smart TV and sectional. TVs in each bedroom provided additional convenience. Gleaming counters with matching tile backsplash and a deluxe suite of stainless steel appliances shine in the sparkling full kitchen, complete with added features including a dedicated beverage fridge and dishwasher. Modern essentials include free WiFi, central heating, and a private washer/dryer.
