Rexburg Cottage - Brand New Neighborhood Downtown

We loved our stay! Clean, new, beautiful home on quiet street. We did have an issue being able to watch the TV downstairs, but host responded quickly and ended up having a new Roku and treats delivered to make-up for the inconvenience. Our kids loved the ping-pong table and everyone loved the big comfy sectional downstairs to watch movies.

It was clean upon arrival! We really enjoyed the natural light available on the main level. The walkways, steps and driveway were cleared each morning after it snowed, which we appreciated. We were happy we had chosen a place with a garage. Having a garage opener would have made it even more convenient. The beds were comfortable, and there were a few extra blankets available. The sheets were polyester, in case that is helpful for future guests. When I let Brandon know that the basement was cold during the night, he quickly adjusted Google Nest remotely, which made it much more comfortable for sleeping. We were impressed at how fast the water got hot. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was easy to adjust to using hot pads with the laminate countertops. The location was perfect for us. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Brandon’s place made our stay really cozy and fun! It was a quiet neighborhood but close to everything- grocery store, park, restaurants and also riverside walk. The basement has ping pong table, darts, board games and puzzles, really provided a lot of fun for the family, especially the kids! Really recommend this place!
