THE SPACE

RF 312-313 is a spacious two-unit combination on the 3rd floor of Rimfire Lodge, right in the heart of Snowshoe Village. Rented exclusively together, these two side-by-side units offer two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cozy gas fireplace, and a private balcony with stunning mountain and sunset views. Whether you're a family with kids who need bunk rooms, or a group seeking two separate sleeping quarters with shared common areas, this configuration offers the space and flexibility to make everyone comfortable.
The kitchen in Unit 313 is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware you need. Unit 312 adds a convenient kitchenette with a 2-burner stove, mini fridge, microwave, and drip coffee maker — perfect for overflow meal prep. Enjoy meals at the dining table (seats 4) or at the kitchen island with additional bar seating.
The living area features a warm gas fireplace — ideal for après-ski evenings — along with 3 Smart TVs and mountain views. Step out onto the private balcony for breathtaking sunset panoramas over the West Virginia mountains.
Note: Due to strong mountain winds, the gas fireplace may occasionally fail to operate.
⚠️ There is NO interior connecting door between Units 312 and 313. Both units are accessed via the shared building hallway.
