Ripple View is a brand new A-frame built into the cliffside above Swan Lake, NY. Three bedrooms, a movie room, a game room, fire pit, cedar hot tub, and private dock with kayaks. Glass opens to the water to a serene view. Mornings are still. Sleeps 8, two hours from Midtown Manhattan.

GUEST GUIDELINES
▪️ Check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM
▪️ Primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the full stay
▪️ No parties or unapproved visitors; violations incur a $1,500 fee
▪️ No smoking, vaping, or drug use; violations incur a $500 fee plus cleaning costs
▪️ Guests are liable for damage or missing items
▪️ Furniture, décor, and amenities may not be moved or removed
▪️ Quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM
▪️ Report any issues within 24 hours of arrival
▪️ Open fires outside designated pits are prohibited and subject to a $5,000 state fine
