Access is granted via a private elevator that opens directly into the residence, creating a discreet and elevated arrival experience. Inside, the layout includes one bedroom, one-and-a-half bathrooms, a generous living area, and a wraparound balcony that expands the living space outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen (without oven) supports comfortable extended stays, while the in-unit washer and dryer add everyday practicality. Premium bath amenities, multiple televisions, cable service, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure both comfort and convenience.

• Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $201.25 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking.
