Built in 2023, this studio-style tiny cargo home embodies cozy living and sleeps up to 2 guests. The home amenities include:

• Full size bed with memory foam mattress
• Compact private bathroom with shower and fresh towels
• Smart TV and small sitting area
• Kitchenette featuring a 2-burner induction cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, and mini-fridge
• Private charcoal grill and BBQ tools
• A spiral staircase that leads you to the exclusive upper deck to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, & all-day beauty of the bluffs along the Guadalupe River.

The TV operates via WiFi and it can be very spotty, so streaming connectivity is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing along a gaming or other HDMI device as an alternative if electronic entertainment is required.

Situated between 2nd & 3rd crossing on River Road, Cedar is located at "Fernweh Riverfront" - the latest rental offering to hit River Road. Formerly known as "Billy Goat's Gruff," the entire property is under new ownership & eager to welcome our valued guests. Access to the amenities at our sister property, Fernweh Hillside, is available for all guests. Located just across River Road, Fernweh Hillside is a collection of white cottages behind the former Koozie’s.

Parking for Cedar is situated at the bottom of the drive, next to the unit - access is down the steep driveway to the right as you enter the gate.

Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed, and the signal does weaken away from the main home — be prepared to unplug!

Fernweh Riverfront is home to 6 private rentals onsite and all available amenities are shared, including riverfront access.

We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of water usage during your stay. Please minimize water use and do not use outdoor hoses or spigots. Your efforts to conserve water in this environmentally sensitive area (Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone) are greatly appreciated.
